Boe and Josh are graduates of a leading Manila culinary school and honed their culinary skills in a number of restaurants in Manila and abroad. They have used their natural talent to give their menu a youthful twist to the delight of the guests, many of whom rate their food as world class. Not only do the dishes look good, they actually taste great!

We also have a good selection of wines that one would not usually expect in this corner of the island. Carefully selected to match the menu by Fred and Karin Carmona, Amun Ini’s owners, the wines are carefully stored to maintain their quality. The bar has an equally wide range of drinks to suit guests with refined tastes. Our bartender can prepare your cocktail of choice. And if he is not familiar with yours, he can quickly learn to do it for you the next time around. We spare no efforts to ensure that you will truly feel at home at Amun Ini.

The resort restaurant has a privileged location with a spectacular view of the infinity pool, the beach, the sea, and Camiguin island in the distant horizon. You can enjoy this amazing view in the relaxed and familiar atmosphere of the restaurant while dining on professionally prepared food along with your choice of wine. Our little lounge at the far side of the restaurant is a comfortable place to relax and have a drink in good company before or after dinner.
